Nepali Basti Village Council (NBVC) held its meeting on February 1, at the residence of GB Pandu Lama, Nepali Basti. At the meeting, the council has unanimously selected Vikyie Sema as chairman and Rahul Chetri as secretary for the period of five years, along with other members and advisors.
