Advisor Wanpang allocated Social Welfare dept

Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio has allocated Social Welfare department to advisor Wanpang Konyak, who had won the by-poll to the Tapi A/C. This was notified by the cabinet secretary, in a notification issued on February 5. Though the advisor will not be eligible for any pay, salary, perks etc. the advisor will render advice on matters that are referred by the department for his views/suggestions before the issue is put up to the concerned minister in charge for decision.
