Northern Angami Mere clan holds conclave

The 3rd Northern Angami Mere Clan conclave was held at NSF Solidarity Park, New Secretariat on Saturday 2.
Special guest Dr. Kezevituo Keditsu, Managing Director of Putuonuo Hospital Kohima, in his speech, emphasized the importance of forgiveness and unity. He also stressed for peace and harmony among the clan and advised students to prioritize health, obey parents, and avoid harmful substances. ASU president David Mere, Kruzo Mere and also Eng.Lhoubeizo spoke at the occassion.
Ruokuotuolie Mere earlier delivered the presidential address and Sevilie Mere offered elderly blessings for the congregation and a special blessing for the new office bearer was offered by Assoc. Mission Director, ABCC Neilavotuo Mere. Associate Pastor Khedi Baptist Church Kevidzenyü Mere, CRC pastor Rüsoma Rev. Khrieo Mezhü also blessed the program with prayer.
Meanwhile, the clan has elected a new team of office bearers from 2024-26 with Khrievituo Mere (Kohima Village) as president; Khrieneituo Mere (Chiechama Village) as vice president; Ruokuobeilie Mere (Tsiasema Basa Village) as general secretary and others.
