The Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, has permitted the Nagaland Olympic Association to hold Cross-Country Race on March 23, 2024, starting at 4 am and concluding at 10 am beginning from the IG Stadium with roundabout at Hotel Vivor and finishing back at IG Stadium.
The DC has granted permission under the wing terms and conditions: Permit is granted for the specified date only; Normal flow of traffic should not be hampered; the organizers should ensure to provide a clean environment; the organizers should ensure that there are no law-and-order problems and any untoward incidents.
In this regard, it has informed the public that all vehicular movement will be temporarily diverted to New Secretariat Complex via Tsakou Cha (way to New High Court Complex Junction) Kohima during the specified hours to ensure safe and smooth conduct of the race.
