The 35+Mokokchung Football League (35+MFL)-Season 5.2024 kick started at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex here on Saturday.
Kicking off the league as special guest, All Ward Union Mokokchung Town (AWUMT), president, Limanungsang lauded the initiative of the organizing core committee and the dedicated members from the different participating clubs for fostering an eventful football tournament.
Delivering welcome address, a member of the Organizing Core Committee and ADS, Mokokchung, Jamonger informed that 35+MFL has no sole proprietor but belonged to everyone. He also highlighted a change in the format of 35+MFL, which began in 2022.
Earlier, the programme was chaired my Aongsen and invocation by Chubayanger while a special song was presented Imlichila. Revenant FC are winners for the 4th consecutive times.
