Joint Action Committee (JAC) of Tribal Hohos on Delimitation has informed that its writ petition challenging the Delimitation Amendment Act, 2008, and Government of India executive order dated February 8, 2008, had been tagged with Delimitation Commission of India SLP hearing slated for August 11 next. General secretary, JAC, Idailung Thou in a press release said JAC had full faith and confidence that the Supreme Court would uphold the constitution of India and ensure that delimitation process in Nagaland was carried out as per the Delimitation Act, 2002, and amended in 2003.
