Alder College Kohima holds ‘Alder Fest 3.0’

Alder College Kohima organised its annual fest “Alder Fest 3.0” at college campus Sepfuzou, Kohima on April 27 with an aim to foster unity, to encourage creativity and build confidence among the students.
In a press release, the college management informed that all the parties share ideas, weigh the possibilities and challenges, and put up the event together. This year, the Alder Fest 3.0 featured food stalls, game stalls, open mic., arm wrestling, spicy noodles eating challenge and cosplay.

Various departments, cells and clubs put up the various stalls. The amount raised is used for various purposes. In the past, for instance, Peace Channel Club donated essential food items to an old age home. Some use it for picnics and other activities. The winners of various competitions were given cash prizes.

The event was a joint effort of the management, the staff and the students.
The festival was open to all, and it has been honoured with the participation of its alumni, and students from other colleges. It has also enjoyed the presence of Naga influencers and local talents. It provides a platform that showcases talents and encourage not just its own students, but young people from all over the state. (Correspondent)
