Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) on Wednesday declared the provisional results of the HSLC and HSSLC compartmental and improvement examinations 2024, which was conducted from June 11-21, 2024.
In a press note, NBSE chairperson Asano Sekhose informed that a total of 3006 candidates appeared the HSLC compartmental examination 2024 and out of which, 1225 candidates qualified the examination with a pass percentage of 40.75%.
In HSSLC compartmental examination 2024, a total of 1227 candidates appeared in Arts stream, out of which 492 candidates passed with a pass percentage of 40.10%; 62 candidates appeared under Commerce Stream with 27 candidates passing the examination with a pass percentage of 43.55%; and 414 candidates appeared in Science Stream with 129 candidates passing the examination with pass percentage of 31.16%.
In HSLC improvement examination 2024, 81 candidates appeared and 74 qualified with a pass percentage of 91.36%. In HSSLC improvement examination 2024, 8 candidates under Arts stream appeared and 5 passed with a pass percentage of 62.50%; Under Science stream, 69 candidates appeared and 57 passed with a pass percentage of 82.61%.
NBSE informed that it would issue the documents to the Centre Superintendents from July 18, 2024. The centre superintendents can collect and distribute to the schools under their centres or can authorize another centre superintendent coming to collect the documents on their behalf.
