CMO office Mokokchung organized Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Family Planning outreach camps in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society and IMDH Mokokchung on August 31 at CHC Mangkolemba and on September 14 at CHC Tuli.
During the camp, a range of health services was offered, including pediatric care, gynecology, and family planning methods, as well as treatment for various medical conditions. Beneficiaries received free medications and IEC leaflets on family planning, maternal, and child health.
The Medical team comprised of DPO(UIP&RCH) Dr.Limanaro, Consultant (OBS & Gynae) Dr. Ademla Tinu, SMO (OBS & Gynae) Dr. Supongmeren, MO Mongsenyimti Dr. Maongkala, SMO, Staff from IMDH Dr. Sentiyenla, CHC Mangkolemba and CHC Tuli.
Altogether 61 people received free medical services at the outreach camp. A total of six ANC checkup, 33 Tubal ligation, four copper-T insertion were carried out.
