Lions Club of Dimapur (LCD) conducted the free eye screening camp under the chairmanship of Lion Pawan Maheswari on September 21 and 22, 2024 at Midland, Dimapur.
According to president Lion Ankit Jain, a total of 1125 patients were screened in which 182 were detected with Cataract.
He informed that all the Cataract patients will be sent to Jorhat batch-wise and the cataract surgery will be sponsored by Lions Club of Dimapur. The free eye screening camp was one of the main projects of the Club which is held every year at the Lions Club Ground, Dimapur.
