Nagaland: DNSU organizes blood donation camp

Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU), in collaboration with the Blood Centre at District Hospital Dimapur, organized a blood donation camp on September 28. According to DNSU, donors from various tribal units of DNSU, Muslim Youth Dimapur, and other organizations came together support the initiative.


At the camp, Dr. Rongsen Longkumer from the Blood Centre highlighted the importance of voluntary blood donation, stating, “Voluntary blood donation ensures a safe and adequate blood supply. Every pint donated can save up to three lives.” Meanwhile, DNSU expressed gratitude to the donors, medical staff, and volunteers.
