In view of its scheduled rehabilitation, the road over bridge (ROB) near Hotel Tragopan on NH-29 here would be completely closed to all vehicular traffic from 6 am on Tuesday (October 1) until the rehabilitation work was complete.
Accordingly, traffic diversion plan had been drawn for heavy, light, and medium vehicles, with restrictions in place to ensure smooth flow of traffic during the repair period. The traffic advisory was issued by Commissioner of Police (CP), Dimapur, Kevithuto Sophie on September 28. Speaking over phone, CP informed that traffic police personnel would be stationed 24 hours to monitor traffic. He appealed all commuters to follow the traffic advisory strictly.
