Nagaland: BSI Tseminyu branch observes foundation day

Bible Society of India (BSI) Tseminyu Branch observed its 33rd foundation day on September 29 at Assembly of God Church, Tseminyu Town.


In a press release Auxiliary Secretary (AS), BSI Dimapur, Yiepetso Wezah informed that the foundation day speech was delivered by auxiliary secretary, Rev. Dr. Yiepetso Wezah on the theme “Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away” (Mt. 24:35).


He emphasized that before the end times, believers were given a special task to spread God’s word. He highlighted the collaboration between the churches and BSI in reaching the unreached communities. He further appealed to churches and individual believers to pray and work together to fulfill the important mission.


Mission secretary of CRBC extended greetings on behalf of the executive secretary CRBC Rev. Haiwalo Apon and a song was presented by president, BSI Kohima Branch, Those Kraho.


Earlier, the session was moderated by president of the branch, Er. Nimo Kath, welcome address by secretary, Imkongnungba Lemtur, invocation by local church pastor, Rev. Tusaya Kath and vote of thanks by treasurer, Tseminyu branch, Rev. Shukhe Mesen.
