Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio and deputy chief minister Y. Patton have extended greetings on the occasion of Chavang Kut festival.
In his message, Rio greeted to the Kuki-Chin-Mizo communities on the occasion of Chavang Kut; an autumn harvest and thanksgiving festival. “May the celebration foster peace, and strengthen long-standing tradition of peaceful coexistence,” Rio said in a post on X.
DyCm: Extending warm greetings to the Kuki community on the occasion of Chavang Kut festival, Patton said that the post harvest festival is celebrated by young and old with great enthusiasm across different corners of North East India.
On behalf of the state BJP legislators, Patton conveyed heartiest festive greetings and hoped that it is celebrated with the spirit of unity and brotherhood.
