Wet spell likely in NE states

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has precited that light to moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorm, lightning was very likely to occur at a few places over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura and Assam & Meghalaya on January 13, 2025.
In its daily weather bulletin, the Met department also stated that dense to very dense fog conditions were likely to continue over Northeast region during the next two-five days.
It stated that dense fog conditions were very likely to continue to prevail during night/early morning hours in isolated pockets of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura till January 14.
