The second session of the Tsurongto Area GBs Union was held at Nutsu village on January 22, with James Tikhir, general secretary of the Tikhir Tribal Council, as the special guest.
In his speech, James Tikhir encouraged the area GBs to safe guard traditional essence, maintain peace and harmony, and extend those efforts across all Tikhir land.
In his welcome address, president TAGBU, K. Kiusthong, stressed on the importance of GBs Union in their areas. Short speeches were delivered by Zuheto, Hd.GB Sukiur (B) and K. Shiupongkiu, Hd. GB, Nutsu and vote of thanks by T. Akhuba GB, secretary TAGBU.
