India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that isolated light rainfall activity was likely over Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during February 13-15.
IMD also predicted scattered to fairly widespread light to moderate rainfall/snowfall accompanied with thunderstorm & lightning activity over Arunachal Pradesh during February 13-15.
The Met department stated that western disturbance would continue to impact western Himalayan regions and adjoining plains on February 20 and then it was likely to move eastwards and impact east and North East region from February 21-23.
Under its influence, IMD said light/moderate isolated to scattered rainfall was likely over North East India during some days of the week.
