Chümoukedima Bible colleges (CBC) in partnership with Nagaland Theological College Association will be organising, “2025: worship Festival’ under the theme “Shout to the Lord” Psalms 98:4, from March 7 to 9, 2025 from 3:30 pm at Chümoukedima Local Ground. The event will be graced by an anointed preacher who have the gift of healing.
This was announced at a press conference held on March 3 at Shunammite Inn, near KCF, Arai Mile, beside Kin School, Darogapathar. Highlighting on the festival, president, NTCA, Dr. Alem Sangtam informed that the festival organized in Chümoukedima was the first of its kind, as theological colleges came together to organize a worship festival.
He said that there are 53 theological colleges enrolled under the Nagaland Theological College Association, mostly located in Chumukedima, Dimapur, and Nuiland. He highlighted that the festival was a Christ-centered program, where prayer center in Chumoukedima, local churches and prayer warriors have also volunteered to participate. Although the festival was held in Chumukedima, Nagas from Dimapur, Chümoukedima, and Nuiland have been invited to the festival.
He informed that local artists, such as Aloba Naga, Sunep Lemtur, Tonakali Jimo, and Mary Lal Lotha, had volunteered to perform, along with praise and worship teams from colleges. Director, NEHBI, pastor John Ansari, informed that those who were sick should come, as the speaker had the gift of physical healing. He also encouraged those facing unrest in their families to attend for prayer and deliverance, including for children.
Businessman Johnny urged the youth to attend and not to be lazy, advising them to seek God, who would bless them. He also requested churches and parents to bring their children to receive blessings and mentioned that anyone unable to attend could still participate by praying from home and partnering in various ways.
Principal, Immanuel Theological College and Seminary, Chumukedima, Dr. Lawrence, highlighted the visitation of almost 50 churches in Chumoukedima town area and said that manpower was needed for a program like this and thanked everyone involved for their support.
