Dunamis Theological College and Seminary (DTC&C) conducted its 2nd graduation ceremony on March 14 at Ao Baptist church, Diezephe, under the theme ‘Ye shall follow his steps’ 1 peter 2:21.

Altogether, 20 were awarded with Bachelor of Theology (B.th), Master of Divinity and doctorate titles. In his address, special guest associate professor at DIET, Wokha, Dr. Longshibemo Yanthan emphasized the importance of theological education in today’s divided world.

He highlighted that the pursuit of theological education goes beyond acquiring knowledge—it is a mission for reconciliation, peace, and justice. He encouraged the graduates to engage with the world in innovative ways, embracing new technologies while staying grounded in their faith.

“Religious activities should not be seen merely as a source of religion, but as a means to promote unity,” Dr. Yanthen said. He urged the graduates to serve not only in the church but in every aspect of life, as their journey of faith and service has just begun.

Kokou Yevi, an international speaker and educationalist from the Republic of Benin, also addressed the gathering. He challenged the audience to live lives that reflect Christ’s teachings and to make a lasting impact on society.

“There should be a difference in the lives of Christians so that non-Christians can learn from them,” he said. “Changing others’ lives is the true purpose of living.”

The speaker urged the graduates to extend their mission beyond their communities, spreading the love of Jesus globally, and be prepared to take on challenges and sacrifices for the greater good.

Earlier the welcome address was delivered by founder and president DTC&S, Dr. Yanthungrhomo Mozhui and invocation by Mhonchumu S. Lotha. Special number was presented by Tumchobeni Mozhui and graduates 2025 followed by awards and degrees.
