The Pfuchatsumia Khel Council (PKC) Kohima Village, has strongly condemned the inhumane act of manslaughter allegedly committed by one Ato (Medoselhou), son of Eheshe, on the intervening night of March 23 and 24, 2025, leading to the tragic death of Ajay Daimari at their farmhouse.
In a statement, P. Khel council chairman Meselhoulie Rame and general secretary Khriesaneisa Rutsa said that in view of the incident, the council has resolved that the accused, Ato, shall no longer be permitted to reside within the jurisdiction of the council.
As the case was currently under police investigation, the P Khel council hoped that the the authorities will ensure a swift and just punishment befitting the crime committed.
Further, the council conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that the Almighty grant them strength and courage during this difficult time.
