A one-day career and job fair was organised by Career Guidance & Placement Cell of Patkai Christian College (Autonomous) on March 29 at NSS Park and Conference Hall.
In a press release PCC Mass Comm informed District Employment Officer (DEO) Dimapur, Gideon L Sumi, urged students to be goal-oriented and focused.
Meanwhile, a Regional Investor Seminary for awareness was conducted at the conference hall for PCC students and faculty. SEBI ERO, General Manager, Vikas SS and BSE – IPF, Sanjib Kumar Bora spoke about security markets, covering key financial products such as equities, derivatives, and mutual funds.
Altogether 23 organisations comprising of educational institutions, career and training institutes, business establishments took part in the fair.
Around seven recruiting companies were at the fair including Talent Acquaintance BPO, Jio, SBI Life, Barbeque Nation, First Meridian Global Services Private Limited (Formerly Known as V5 Global Services Pvt. Ltd.) and ICICI.
