Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Dimapur, will conduct the ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’ outreach and awareness programme on April 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Conference Hall, NIDC Building, Bank Colony, Dimapur.
The initiative aims to facilitate stakeholders engagement, address grievances, and enhance awareness of EPFO schemes and digital services.
Regional P.F. Commissioiner-II, Samuel Das informed that the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, Dimapur, Samuel Das, along with SSO, Dimapur team will personally hear grievances from workers, employers and industry representatives.
The programme will cover grievance redressal through portals like EPFiGMS and CPGRAMS, digital services such as e-nomination, online claims, KYC updates UAN and the Principal Employer Dashboard.
It will also address employee rights, employer responsibilities, and compliance with social security laws covering PF, pension, and insurance. A pension help desk will handle on-the-spot pension issues.
