As part of the Poshan Pakhwada campaign from April 8 to 22, 2025, Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Mokokchung organised various activities.
The launching program was organized at Longmisa village on April 8. During the program, farmers scientist interaction between the scientists of the kendra and the farmers discussed on various agricultural crop management for better yield and better income generations.
The program was followed by distribution of livestock deworming medicines, vitamins and mineral mixtures to ensure quality and safe livestock products. During the subsequent days of the campaign at different villages till the culmination of the campaign, activities such as ginger rhizome treatments with Trichoderma viride, distribution of quality day old broiler chicks, training program on the topic such as ‘Optimum stage of harvesting of vegetable’ etc were conducted.
