EPFO to hold ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Dimapur, will conduct its outreach and awareness programme “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0” at Nagaland Mineral Development Corporation Ltd, below AG Office, AG Colony, Kohima on June 27 from 10 a.m. onwards.
According to a press release, regional provident fund commissioner-II, Samuel Das, along with the EPFO Dimapur team, will interact directly with workers, employers, and industry representatives to address grievances and provide support related to provident fund matters. The programme will cover topics such as grievance filing, use of redressal portals like EPFiGMS and CPGRAMS, digital services, e-nomination, online claim filing, and KYC updates. Guidance will also be given on using the principal employer Dashboard and fraud prevention. The session will highlight employee rights, employer responsibilities, and ensure compliance with provident fund, pension, and insurance benefits. A special pension help desk will also be set up to resolve pension-related issues on the spot.
EPFO has invited all subscribers, pensioners, employee representatives, and industrial units to actively participate and encouraged employers to provide social security benefits to all eligible employees from the first day of employment.
