Sitimi Cluster Level Federation holds meeting

The 1st annual general meeting of Sitimi Cluster Level Federation, BMMU Sitimi, promoted by Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM), was held at Nitoi Village on June 27, 2025.
Speaking at the event, Limtimong Tikhir, BPM BMMU Sitimi, encouraged the gathering to work together through collective efforts. He assured that the federation is ready to support and share knowledge to empower its members.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining proper records, stating that meticulous bookkeeping ensures transparency and accountability within the federation. He also stressed the need for integration among thematic areas, explaining that women’s federations can address diverse needs and create holistic solutions through collaboration.
Ripise Sangtam, BPM BMMU Kiphire, also addressed the gathering, urging members to take ownership of their initiatives and decisions to ensure the success of their federations. He highlighted the importance of regular monthly meetings, which provide a platform for discussion, planning, and review, ensuring that everyone is aligned with common objectives.
He further encouraged convergence with other line departments, stating that collaborating with different sectors will help leverage resources, expertise, and support, ultimately enhancing the impact and sustainability of their initiatives.
The programme was moderated by Kiyekali, AGS, CLF Honito Village, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Vilika, Nikiye Village.
