India Meteorological Department has predicted light/moderate rainfall at most places accompanied with thunderstorm, lightning and isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall across the North East. IMD predicted widespread rainfall activity with isolated heavy to very heavy over Nagaland during July 3-5. It also stated that very heavy isolated rainfall was very likely over Tuensang and Kiphire and heavy isolated rainfall over Phek, Kohima and Peren on July 4.
