Team Metamorphosis concludes internship for college students

Team Metamorphosis, Wokha, concluded a 10-day student internship programme on July 8 at Hotel Hornbill & Restaurant, Tsumang Colony, Wokha.
Ten students from Mt. Tiyi College, Wokha took part in the internship, gaining hands-on training in hotel management, particularly in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. The programme was held during their short summer break after completing a major part of their coursework.
According to a release from Team Metamorphosis Media Cell, the students were trained under the guidance of Renben Yanthan, a graduate of the team’s Skill Development Project in F&B.
During the internship, participants learned practical skills such as table setting, customer service etiquette, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
Their performance was evaluated on various parameters, including attendance, punctuality, quality of work, collaboration, and initiative. Interns also received training materials and were required to submit an experience journal within a week of completion.
