NSCN (R) has notified that as per the directive of the higher authorities, those “holding dealerships/leases/items etc. under chaplee ministry of NSCN (R) including individuals/groups that all ‘Orders’ issued earlier stands cancelled with immediate effect.”
NSCN (R) MIP stated that the order was necessitated, so as to maintain decorum and cordial atmosphere and to mitigate any hassle faced by “patrons and well wishers” as many (so called) brokers (dallals), facilitators, negotiators especially incognitos with pseudonyms, that have emerged, have cause unnecessary fuss upon the ‘patrons and well wishers’.
In this regard, MIP said that in order to ensure smooth functioning of the “revenue system”, certain modalities would be worked out and fresh orders may be issued, which will be the prerogative of the Finance Secretary TG Achumi in consultation and direction from the higher authorities.
As such all orders issued earlier stands null and void, it added.
