KVC Dimapur clarifies on Smart Prepaid meters

DIMAPUR

Kuda Village Council (KVC), formerly Nagarjan, has clarified that it has not approved or passed any resolution mandating the installation of Smart Prepaid meters in private residences under its jurisdiction.
In a press note, Kuda Village Council chairman Vikie Nagi stated that while government offices, large commercial establishments and new connections within the village jurisdiction may opt for installation of smart prepaid meters, such decisions must be made solely on the express consent of the respective entities and not through any form of force or coercion.
