OHYO informs on anti-social activities

Officers’ Hill Youth Organisation (OHYO) has announced a renewed crackdown on anti-social activities within the jurisdiction of Officers’ Hill Colony, following a noticeable rise in such incidents despite prior warnings.
A press release by OHYO stated that despite previous warnings and press releases, OHYO has observed continued increase in such incidents, whereby, the organization stated that it had reaffirmed its earlier resolutions, ban on intoxicants such as use of psychotropic drugs and alcohol, as well as partying within the colony’s jurisdiction, ban on littering, eve-teasing, and creating nuisances, and ban on driving practices along the stretch from Badminton Indoor Stadium to Raj Bhavan, for the safety of the public.
OHYO maintained that the following activities were strictly prohibited within the jurisdiction of Officers’ Hill Colony.
To ensure public safety and community well-being, OHYO will be conducting routine checks. Any individuals found violating these prohibitions will be handed over to law enforcement authorities without prior warning, the release stated. OHYO has further appealed all residents and visitors to extend their cooperation in upholding peace and order in the colony.
