NSCN (I-M) clarifies on Muivah’s health

NSCN (I-M) Saturday termed as “unfortunate” the news that had gone viral on social media platform about the health issues of its general secretary Th. Muivah.
NSCN (I-M) through its MIP stated that “such unfounded news” was posted without fact checking. MIP stated that Muivah on Friday had gone through a bout of mild cold and dehydration and was hospitalized at the Referral Hospital (CIHSR).
“There’s nothing serious as made to believe by the viral news,” MIP said. MIP also clarified that Muivah was doing well and would be released soon, adding there was no cause for concern about his health.
