Western Chakhesang Hoho (WCH) convened a significant Coordination Meeting with all frontal organizations and eminent senior leaders from Western Chakhesang areas, at Tourist Lodge, Dimapur, on August 23.
According to a press release by WHC, delivering the welcome and keynote address, WCH, president Yetshulhi Ngatsi extended greetings to all leaders serving in various capacities across the Western Chakhesang area. He lauded the recent appointments of Vekho Vero and Medovie Koza as Councillor and finance secretary of the Naga Council Dimapur (NCD), respectively. Emphasizing the importance of unity, foresight, and purposeful engagement, Ngatsi urged the community to uphold collective efforts for the greater welfare of society.
Representatives of WCH to the Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO), Tenyimi Union Dimapur (TUD), and Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) shared updates on their ongoing activities. Frontal organizations including the Western Chakhesang Mothers’ Association, Western Chakhesang Youth Organisation, Western Chakhesang Students’ Union, and Western Chakhesang GBs’ Association also offered their insights and perspectives on current community initiatives and concerns.
Notable reflections were delivered by jury board member, Ariyi Nienu, and advisor and former president, WCH, Kepfelhou Koza. The session was chaired by vice president (Jury), Nukuzo Vero, and invocation was offered by pastor, CBC East Dimapur, Rev. Dr. Nüvocho Dzudo.
The house also resolved to move forward with renewed commitment, a shared vision, and unity of purpose, reaffirming their dedication to fostering fraternity, responsibility, and progress within the Chakhesang community and beyond.
