AKTKSCJ Room inaugurated at Kohima Science College

The newly constructed room of the Ao Kaketshir Telongjem, Kohima Science College, Jotsoma (AKTKSCJ) was inaugurated on August 20 at the college campus.
The dedication ceremony was graced by Principal of Kohima Science College (Autonomous), Jotsoma, Dr. Temjenwapang, who officially inaugurated the facility.
The construction was undertaken in accordance with a resolution passed during the Golden Jubilee Celebration (1974–2024) held on November 23, 2024. Work commenced on May 6, 2025, and was completed on August 16, 2025. Expressing gratitude, Convenor of the Construction Committee and Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, N. Meren Ao, acknowledged the generous support of Ao Kaketshir Telongjem, Ao faculty members, Ao alumni, in-laws of Kohima Science College (Autonomous), Jotsoma, and well-wishers, whose contributions made the project possible.
The programme concluded with a prayer of blessing offered by Dr. Seyiekhrielie Whiso, Head of the Department of English, KSCJ.
