The Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA) has officially released the selection order for shooters representing the state at the upcoming 12th North East Zone Shooting Championship 2025. The championship, featuring small bore rifle and pistol events, is scheduled to take place from September 8 to 13 at the MRA Shooting Gallery in Mualpui, Mizoram.
In accordance with the amended rules and regulations of the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) Match Book 2025, a total of 22 shooters have been selected to compete under Nagaland’s banner. The selected athletes include: Ayeka Aye, Wangshikokba Longkumer, Lumrila Jangkhiunger, Jentiya Walling, Merentsungba, Kikrukhrienuo Belho, Kimatsung Jamir, Medophrezo Sekhose, Japuto Y Zhimo, Lanusenla Longchar, Wapangnungla Longkumer, Vevelu Chizo, Chizou Sorhienuo, M Tiatemjen Jamir, Zidon Gurung, Yimtashir Pongen, Yuvika Aye, Khrieketounuo Belho, Lanu Rongsenkaba Jamir, Tovika H Chishi, Lanu Akumtoshi Jamir and Metekhrielie Mejura.
