Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Rangapahar conducted a four-day Army Recruitment Rally for Nagaland from August 27 to 30, 2025 at Rangapahar Military Station, drawing enthusiastic participation from over 350 candidates representing all districts of the state.
According to PRO and spokesperson, Ministry of Defence, Manipur, Nagaland & Southern Arunachal Pradesh, the rally was flagged off by Brigadier Rajeev Kumar, Deputy Director General Recruiting, Zone (North Eastern States), and witnessed the presence of senior dignitaries including Directors Recruiting from Aizawl and Narangi, SRMO Recruiting (NE States), RMOs, and civil authorities such as the EDC Dimapur, ACP (West), civil doctors, and officials from the Education Department of Dimapur.
The event received robust support from the Local Military Authorities, whose meticulous planning and coordination ensured the smooth conduct of the rally. Senior officials present lauded the efforts of the organising team for their dedication and efficiency. The rally not only served as a gateway for Nagaland’s youth to pursue a career in the Indian Army but also reignited the spirit of patriotism and service among the participants. Final results of the recruitment process will be declared upon completion of evaluation.
