Treasury Office Kiphire has informed all pensioners drawing monthly pension from the treasury that the annual physical verification for the year 2025–26 will be conducted from September 9 to 12, in accordance with CTR 368.
Pensioners have been requested to report for verification on the scheduled dates, failing which their pension will be withheld.
Pensioners are required to bring the PPO Book (Pensioners Portion), one photocopy of the front page of their SBI account passbook, one photocopy of their Aadhaar card, two recent passport-size photographs (taken within the last six months), and a pension verification certificate duly verified by a gazetted officer.
Verification for pensioners in Kiphire Town will be held on September 9 and 10 at the Treasury Office, while pensioners outside Kiphire will be verified on September 11 at the same venue. Pensioners in Pungro will undergo verification on September 12 at the ADC Office, Pungro.
