AR supports Meluri Women’s Society with digital equipment

In a gesture of community empowerment, Assam Rifles under the command of 7 Sector handed over digital equipment including a computer and uninterrupted power supply to the Meluri Women’s Society at COB Meluri.
The Meluri Women’s Society, known for its active role in addressing social issues and promoting women’s welfare, received the equipment in the presence of 20 members. The society expressed its gratitude by presenting a traditional waistcoat to the seniormost representative of Assam Rifles, symbolizing the cordial relationship between the two entities. According to the society, the new resources will enhance its administrative and educational functions, enabling it to further its initiatives for women’s upliftment in the region.
