NSCN (I-M) warns against diversion of rice meant for poor

DIMAPUR, SEP 26 (NPN)

NSCN (I-M) ministry of kilo affairs claimed that FCI rice, tide over rice, PHH & AAY schemes meant for public distribution particularly the poor and vulnerable was being tampered and manipulated for sale in black market.
In a circular, kilo affairs additional secretary Kh. Wangdei said that diverting subsidized food meant for poor and vulnerable was illegal and unlawful. NSCN (I-M) has warned of stringent action against any defaulters either government employee or public involved such activities within Naga inhabited areas.
