Power department has informed that there would be shutdown of 66kV Chümoukedima & 66kV Ganeshnagar Transmission Feeders starting October 9-11, 2025 from 6-9am to facilitate vegetation clearing at Zoological park (Composite line).
In a press note, transmission division Dimapur executive engineer SI Asangba Tikhir informed that consumers under Chümoukedima district, Peren district and power supply catering from Chümoukedima , Sovima & Ganeshnagar substations would be affected. Acknowledging inconvenience caused to the consumers, the department has sought cooperation from all.
