MH-10 Kohima emerged champions of the All Nagaland Volleyball Championship 2025 after a thrilling four-set victory over Changtongya Volleyball Association (CVA) in the final match held late Thursday night at Aliba village. The tournament was organized by the LL Group.
In a closely contested final, MH-10 rallied back after dropping the first set to defeat CVA with scores of 19-25, 25-22, 27-25, and 25-18. The Kohima-based team, a crowd favorite throughout the tournament, showcased resilience and tactical prowess to lift the championship trophy.
The closing ceremony was graced by advisor for IPR & Soil and Water Conservation, Imkong L Imchen, MLA who attended as the chief guest and congratulated the teams for their spirited performances.
MH-10 Kohima received a cash prize of Rs. 1.20 lakh along with the championship trophy and certificates. CVA, the runners-up, were awarded Rs. 80,000, a trophy and certificates. Town Club Mangkolemba and Blind Spikers (LL Group) secured third and fourth positions respectively.
