FAWN resolves to regulate rates, oppose freelance work

Fabrication Association of Western Nagaland (FAWN), comprising 241 units engaged in iron, steel and aluminium works, held its general meeting at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur. During the meeting, the association resolved to maintain uniform fabrication rates across Dimapur, Chümoukedima and Niuland districts. It also strongly opposed freelance fabrication practices, citing concerns over market distortion and quality control. The association reaffirmed its commitment to promote local entrepreneurs and uphold standards within the fabrication sector.
