Naga political solution and implementation thereof

Solution for Naga political problem is a concern for all Nagas everywhere but it is very sad that till today it is not able to implement the already agreed accord at the highest level. Not able to materialise the agreement signed at the prime Minister’s level is a big question mark and a shame for India.
On the other side, to achieve 100% agreement for Naga political solution can never be possible. Therefore, achieving the Framework Agreement is a historic one . Whatever is there in the Framework agreement should be implemented because this agreement is a historic one which have been achieved after 24 years of talks covering every pros and cones of Naga problems. Nagas in general supported the talk and finally the talk was finalised.
So Nagas has to accept the Framework Agreement. So also the people of India has to accept it as the Govt. of India agreed and signed the Framework agreement at the Prime Minister’s level. The problem now is delayed in implementation. Why is GOI silent after signing agreement?. It is a betrayal to Nagas.
Delayed in implementation has created Nagas disunity. Agreement signed at prime Minsteral level is the highest accord and should be honoured by both sides. We should not play a blame game and bringing
out accusations to this party and that party but instead it is now time to ponder about the implementation part without going back to talk. Some few contingencies if so needed can be reviewed otherwise in totality it is to be accepted.
We all want peace, progress and development so let us not put the hard earned agreement of 24 years of talk into a mere agreement..
If we want to go back again for talk it will take another 20 to 30 years. Naga society is going worse, more hatred, digging out the past faults of each others etc. This will not bring any good solution to Nagas. While fighting for Naga’s rights in the past many good and bad has done and happened due to situational circumstances and for Naga issue a life. Therefore, forget the past and accept the highest accord the ‘ Framework Agreement’ .
The accord was signed taking into account whatever was happened in the history of Naga struggle for self determination.Therefore, let us accept it and not go back for any further negotiation in the interest of Nagas as a whole.
