ESIC disburses Rs. 72,869 in Nagaland

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under Ministry of Labour and Employment provides an array of cash benefits in times of exigencies and medical benefits to Insured Persons (IPs) and their family members. Under Regional Office Guwahati, the Branch Offices of Nagaland has disbursed cash amount Rs.72,869/- to 07 beneficiaries during October 2025.
The payments were released under various schemes, including Permanent Disablement Benefit, Dependants’ Benefit, and Maternity Benefit. Of the total amount, Rs. 22,198 was disbursed to three beneficiaries under the Permanent Disablement Benefit, Rs. 18,093 to another three under the Dependants’ Benefit, and Rs. 32,578 to one beneficiary as Maternity Benefit. No payments were recorded during the period under Sickness Benefit, Temporary Disablement Benefit, Extended Sickness Benefit, Funeral Expenses, ABVKY, or the COVID-19 Relief Scheme.
