Additional senior regional director, Regional Health & Family Welfare Office, Imphal, Manipur, Dr. N. Inaoba Singh, accompanied by lab technician P. Singh, visited Dimapur recently to review the implementation of various national health programmes.
According to a press release from the office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dimapur, the visit was part of a supportive supervision initiative aimed at assessing the district’s progress under multiple national health schemes.
Dr. Singh chaired a review meeting at the CMO conference Hall, where district officials briefed him on the overall health scenario and programme performance. He also visited several health units to gain first-hand insight into the facilities, service delivery, and operational challenges on the ground. A debriefing session was later held to share his observations, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
