Road repair work has been initiated along the stretch from Rotary Junction to IOC in Mokokchung Town. In this regard, the road will remain temporarily closed on November 30, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to facilitate major restoration works without hindrance. In a press release, DC Mokokchung, Ajit Kumar Verma, stated that inconvenience to vehicular movement and pedestrians was expected during the repair work. He requested commuters to bear with the temporary disruption.
