Nagaland: Jovial Academy holds medical camp

DIMAPUR

On the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Jovial Academy, in collaboration with Interior Solutions, Dimapur, organized free medical camp for its neurodiverse students, with two visiting doctors, DCH, MD Consultant pediatrician Nikos Hospital and Research Centre, Yari Clinic, Dr Apong Longchar, and Skin specialist District Hospital Dimapur, Dr Sutsungkokla Imchen.
A press release by the Academy informed that students were carefully examined, and medicines were prescribed considering their health issues, such as hyperactivity, gut problems, and skin-related issues, and were also provided with free medicines.
Doctors advised on importance of oral health care for children and emphasized need for regular check-ups. The event was aimed to promote inclusive healthcare and provide essential medical support to the students
