As part of the ongoing observance of Atal Smriti Varsh, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Nagaland organised a Blood Donation Camp on Tuesday at the District Hospital, Dimapur, reaffirming the party’s commitment to social service and humanitarian responsibility.
A press release by the BJYM media cell stated that the programme was conducted under the guidance of BJP Nagaland State president Benjamin Yepthomi and led by BJYM Nagaland president and DMC Councillor V Khekato Awomi.
Pintu, State BJP secretary and convener, Atal Smriti Varsh Nagaland, was also present and actively participated in the blood donation camp, encouraging party workers and youth to uphold the values of compassion, responsibility, and selfless service inspired by the ideals of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
The initiative forms part of a series of programmes being organised across Nagaland to commemorate Atal Smriti Varsh, honouring the legacy of former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, whose life and leadership continue to inspire service, good governance, and nation-building.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from BJP karyakartas and volunteers, resulting in the successful collection of 18 units of blood, contributing meaningfully to the healthcare needs of the district.
