Nagaland: Duncan Bosti Lotha Ekhung elects new office members

Duncan Bosti Lotha Ekhung (DBLE) conducted its 2026 year general meeting at the Duncan Community Hall on January 24.
During the meeting, the election of a new team of office bearers for the 2026–2031 tenure was held. Following deliberations, a unanimous decision was arrived at to entrust and re-elect the existing team of office bearers for the 2026–2031 tenure of Duncan Bosti Lotha Ekhung with effect from January 24, 2026.
The re-elected office bearers include T.L. Merry as chairman, Penathung Kithan as vice chairman, Lichio Kithan as general secretary, Arao Lotha as joint secretary, and Dr. Zubemo Kithan as treasurer.
Earlier, Rev. Dr. Yanbemo Lotha, Pastor, LBCD, invoked God’s blessings upon the newly entrusted team of DBLE office bearers. The general meeting commenced with an opening prayer by one of Duncan Bosti’s senior-most citizens, Tsanthungo Patton, and concluded with a mass prayer and closing prayer led by K.K. Merry.
