Deputy Chief Minister and Planning & Transformation Minister, T.R. Zeliang has convened a two-day departmental review meeting on February 5 and 6, 2026 at the Secretariat Conference Hall, Nagaland Civil Secretariat. The meeting will assess the status of developmental activities under the State Plan for 2025-26.
According to the schedule, sessions will be held as follows:
- February 5 (10 AM – 12 Noon): Agriculture, Horticulture, Soil & Water Conservation, A.H & Veterinary Services, Fisheries, Forestry, Cooperation, Land Resources Development, Nagaland Bamboo Development Agency, Bio-resources & Aromatic Plant, Nagaland Bee & Honey Mission, NEPED, Hydroger, Rural Development, SIRD.
- February 5 (12 Noon – 2 PM): Land Revenue, DUDA, Water Resources, Power, New & Renewable Energy, Electrical Inspectorate, Industries & Commerce, Sericulture, Geology & Mining, NSMDC, Roads & Bridges, Mechanical Engineering, Road Transport, Motor Vehicle.
- February 5 (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM): Science & Technology, Information Technology & Communication, Tourism, Economics & Statistics, Civil Supplies, Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection, Evaluation, School Education, Higher Education, SCERT, Technical Education, Youth Resources & Sports.
- February 6 (10 AM – 1PM): Art & Culture, Health & Family Welfare, Public Health Engineering, PWD (Housing), GA (Housing), Police (Housing), Law & Justice, Home Guards (Housing), Prison (Housing), Excise (Housing), Urban Development, Municipal Affairs, Information & Public Relations.
- February 6 (1:30 PM – 4 PM): Labour, Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Social Welfare, Women Resources, Printing & Stationery, Administrative Training Institute, Assembly Complex Project, Fire Services, Treasuries & Accounts, Border Affairs, Parliamentary Affairs, Taxes, Village Guards, Chief Electoral Officer, NSDMA, Tribal Affairs, Minority Affairs, State Lotteries.
All Administrative Heads of Departments (AHoDs) and Heads of Departments (HoDs) have been requested to attend the meeting with detailed status reports on implementation of ongoing and current year activities under the State Plan, including Negotiated Loan components.
Departments have also been directed to submit soft copies of the status report in the prescribed format to the Planning Department via email (nagalandplanning@yahoo.com) by February 2, 2026 for necessary action.
