The Indian Army has announced the commencement of online registration for Army Recruitment (Agniveer) 2027, which will remain open from February 13 to April 1, 2026. Interested candidates have been advised to complete their applications within the stipulated period through the official website.
According to a DIPR report, the online entrance test is tentatively scheduled to be conducted from June 1 to June 15, 2026. The recruitment drive is open to candidates across multiple categories under Agniveer tradesman and other notified trades.
For this cycle, the maximum age limit has been raised to 22 years, covering candidates born between July 1, 2005 and July 1, 2009. Eligible candidates may apply for multiple categories, subject to meeting the prescribed criteria.
Candidates holding NCC certificates, ITI or diploma qualifications, and those with achievements in sports at various levels in the last two years will be given due consideration as per guidelines.
